Cremator tail gas purification treatment equipment system (one-for-one type)


(a) the overall requirements of equipment:


It consists of primary dust removal system, high-efficiency water circulation cooling tower, combined cyclone dust collector, combined deacidification and desulfurization tower system, bag dust removal system (120 bags), activated carbon adsorption system, air compressor with variable frequency induced draft fan, air storage tank with dryer, muffler and chimney, touch control system, etc. Compact structure, neat appearance, convenient installation, simple operation, easy maintenance, no secondary pollution and strong practicability. Ammonia nitrogen, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, heavy metals, dust particles, Ringelmann blackness, odor and other environmental indicators have reached national standards. Treatment process: cremator → secondary combustion chamber → Mars interception group → primary dust removal system → high-efficiency water circulation cooling tower → desulfurization and deacidification device → combined cyclone dust collector → activated carbon additive → cloth bag dust remover → combined adsorber (including variable frequency induced draft fan) → chimney.


(2) Detailed technical requirements for equipment:


1. Primary dust removal system:


The flue gas enters the tail gas system and passes through the primary dust removal system, and the high-temperature flue gas is preliminarily filtered and intercepted by Mars. The overall material of the primary dust collector is made of high-quality carbon steel plate, and the thickness is not less than 3.0 mm. The front end of the dust collector is equipped with a Mars interceptor, which is made of carbon steel plate.


2, efficient water circulation cooling tower:


The efficient water cooling cooling method is adopted to reduce the temperature of flue gas to below 200℃ in two seconds, which can jump over the temperature zone where dioxins are easy to form, and at the same time meet the requirements of filter bag dust removal temperature. The observation hole is reserved for the heat exchanger, and the whole heat exchanger is made of high-quality carbon steel plate with a thickness of not less than 3.0MM, and the radiator tube is made of high-quality seamless carbon steel plate.


3. Combined cyclone dust removal system:


It is required to use corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant carbon steel plate with a thickness of not less than 3.0 mm, which can remove the large particle dust remaining in the flue gas, and the cyclone dust collector should be designed with a dust space.


4. Combined deacidification and desulfurization tower system


It has automatic dry powder adding device, and the material requires seamless carbon steel tube with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.


5, bag dust removal system:


(1) The structure of bag dust collector: it must be composed of box, bracket, maintenance frame, filter bag frame, filter bag, deflector, dust collection chamber, electromagnetic pulse device, ash cleaning program control, butterfly valve for opening and closing tail gas inlet and outlet, and outsourcing. Requirements for materials such as boxes and supports: High-quality carbon steel plate materials shall be used for manufacturing, and corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance shall be required. The thickness is not less than 3.0 mm.


(2) The speed of tail gas passing through the filter bag: 0.8-1.2m/s.


(3) Material and service life of the filter bag: the filter bag is made of high-quality high-temperature resistant materials.


(4) The removal effect of filter bag on various pollutants: the removal effect of particulate matter (dust) must reach 99%, the removal effect of various heavy metal pollutants should not be less than 80%, and the removal rate of highly toxic organic pollutants should not be less than 70%.


(5) The bag dust collector must have concrete and feasible technical measures and technological measures to prevent condensation.


(6) Accessory configuration requirements:


1. High-quality 7.5KW screw air compressor (equipped with cold dryer);


2. Air storage tank: 0.6 cubic meters, meeting the pressure vessel standard;


3. Combined dryer;


4. High precision filter;


5. Pipe steering is welded with elbows, and right-angle steering is connected with 90o elbows, which are made of high-quality carbon steel plates.


6. The pipeline shunt is connected by three-way welding, and the material of the three-way is high-quality carbon steel plate.


6. Activated carbon adsorption system:


The whole structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plate, the thickness is not less than 3.0mm, and the removal rate of dioxin compounds and heavy metals is over 95%.


7, induced draft fan, chimney technical requirements:


(1) The induced draft fan shall be a high-temperature resistant fan with a motor power of 18.5KW, and the furnace pressure can be guaranteed between -350pa and -450pa when the furnace is empty.


(2) The chimney is made of carbon steel plate with a diameter of not less than 400mm and a height of not less than 8 meters, and a detection hole is reserved at 4 meters of the chimney.


8. Connecting pipes:


The whole is made of high-quality carbon steel plate material, and all emergency pipeline valves must be resistant to high temperature, not less than 500℃, and the whole requirements are complete and airtight.


(1) The pipeline is connected by flange, which is convenient for disassembly. The flange is made of high quality carbon steel.


(2) The pipeline connection shall be air-tight, and the flange connection shall be connected with a sealing ring and then tightened with bolts and nuts.


(3) Elbow welding is used for pipeline steering, and 90o elbow welding is used for right-angle steering. The elbow and 90o elbow are made of high-quality carbon steel.


(4) The pipeline shunt is connected by tee welding, and the tee used is made of high-quality carbon steel plate.


(5) The equipment base is fixed on the ground by expansion screws, and then by concrete pouring.


9. Technical requirements for electrical control of tail gas treatment system:


(1) The tail gas treatment system should have two sets of controls, manual and automatic.


(2) PLC and its modules of Siemens, Omron, ABB or the same level products are adopted, and the color touch screen is more than 10 inches.


(3) The control system should be compatible with the control system of the cremator.


(4) A treatment system uses a control system.


(5) The control system must have negative pressure, overload and alarm protection, and must have running picture or indicator light, synchronous readable data display, various detection elements and real-time feedback, etc.


10, the effect of tail gas treatment system installation


(1) The substance content of the treated tail gas must meet the current national emission standard for tail gas of fuel cremators (GB13801-2015 emission standard).


(2) No black smoke shall be emitted, reaching Grade 0 in Lingemann. When the air pressure is low or the air water content is high, no smoke can be formed around the museum. There must be no floating objects in the tail gas.


(3) The noise of the tail gas treatment equipment 10 meters away is below 65dB. No secondary pollution such as sewage, dust and noise can be produced.


(4) The processing equipment shall ensure that a single cremator cremates more than five bodies continuously.


11, operating system:


There should be three modes of automatic, semi-automatic and manual control, which can be switched freely without mutual interference, and the flue gas can be switched to the chimney of the cremator for discharge. Using touch screen and PLC computer electronic control system, with leakage protection, multi-stage temperature display, over-temperature automatic alarm, with synchronous equipment operation signal display function.
