The function of large and small fire can be selected according to the requirements of combustion power (for automatic adjustment by the fan), and the fuel quantity can also be adjusted by adjusting the oil supply pressure. Then the waste, combustion air and auxiliary fuel undergo complex chemical reactions in the furnace, so that the harmful substances in the waste are completely oxidized and decomposed. The structure and size of the furnace and furnace body determine the treatment capacity of the incinerator and the decomposition and removal rate of harmful substances in the waste. The furnace body is equipped with a burner. After the furnace is heated to a certain temperature by the burner, the waste is put into the furnace for ignition.


The secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to burn the organic gas that is not completely burned in the flue gas. The shell is made of steel structure, the inner wall is made of high-quality refractory, and the heat insulation material is lined between the steel plate and the refractory, so that the heat is not easy to spread out. Combustible gases and particles contained in the flue gas entering the secondary chamber are further burned with the help of the burner flame and secondary air, so that the temperature of the secondary chamber is maintained above 850℃ and the harmful substances contained in the flue gas are fully burned out.
