Technical requirements of single-bed ash-picking cremator in funeral home cremation furnace;


1. Overall dimensions of the incinerator body: l× w× h = 3600× 2400× 2500mm (10mm).


2. The size of the main combustion chamber of the cremator: l× w× h ≥ 2500× 700× 800 mm.


3. The size of the secondary combustion chamber of the cremator: L×W×H≥2500mm×230mm×800mm.


4. Refractory material of cremation furnace: The whole combustion chamber is built with high-quality phosphate refractory bricks. The vault is built with one-time cast bricks. The mortar joint of refractory brick masonry is not more than 3mm, and the corner of bricklaying lap is bricklaying. The fire resistance temperature of the brick structure contacting the flame surface can reach 1200℃.


5. Thermal insulation material: The periphery of the combustion chamber is made of high-quality thermal insulation firebrick and aluminum silicate thermal insulation felt, which has good thermal insulation effect, and the average temperature of the furnace surface is not higher than 20℃.

10. Preheating system: It is made of stainless steel and installed above the vault of the combustion chamber, which can quickly raise the combustion air supply temperature to above 350℃ and accelerate the combustion and cremation.


11. Fuel supply system: All pipelines are made of special fuel seamless steel pipes, and all joints are sealed without leakage. And equipped with corresponding supporting devices.


12. Electrical control system: an independent electrical control cabinet is adopted, which has the functions of electrical protection such as overload and short circuit and comprehensive control of the system.
