4. Detailed technical requirements for equipment:


4.1 Technical requirements of air-cooled temperature-controlled dry cooler:


4.1.1 Material requirements: stainless steel is mainly used as the manufacturing material for tail gas air cooling water mist dust removal, and Ø35mm seamless stainless steel pipe is used as the corrosion-resistant cooling pipe, and spiral heat conducting fins are welded on the pipe. The panel has an insulation layer, which shows that the temperature can be suitable for hand feeling and will not be penetrated by gas corrosion for 6 years.


4.1.2 Air cooling is equipped with air inlet and air outlet pipes, and both air inlet and air outlet of the pipes are equipped with heat preservation valves to prevent outdoor cold air from flowing backwards to form dew condensation on the surface of the equipment when the equipment is not in use. The air cooling equipment is equipped with ammonia nitrogen removal system. Under air cooling, there are ash cleaning openings and access doors.


4.1.3 The air-cooled equipment is equipped with a three-stage cooling system, which can reduce the maximum temperature of 850 degrees to below 200 degrees in 5 seconds, and keep the temperature of the filter bag dust collector running at the set temperature all the time (the upper and lower error of the set temperature is within five degrees). The cooling fan adopts variable frequency motor, which can automatically adjust the speed according to the temperature.


4.2 Technical requirements for semi-dry acid remover:


4.2.1 The semi-dry acid remover is made of stainless steel plate with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Thickness not less than: 5 mm. There should be thermal insulation and thermal insulation technical measures. The temperature on the tower surface should not be 5 degrees higher than the room temperature, and it will not be penetrated by gas corrosion for 6 years.


4.2.2 Alkaline solution atomization: the high-concentration alkali solution is atomized by a two-fluid nozzle until the atomized particles reach 5. The atomized alkali solution is sent to a desulfurizer to fully contact with sulfur-containing gas to achieve the purpose of desulfurization, and no waste water is generated (the amount of alkali water used per hour is 15-25kg, which is fully absorbed by high-temperature gas). The atomization pressure is 6kg of high-pressure gas for ash cleaning. The sulfur content in flue gas after desulfurization should reach the national first-class standard.


4.2.3 It has a fully automatic dry powder adding and injecting device, and the material requirements are corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant S31608 seamless stainless steel tubes.


4.2.4 Two-fluid atomizing spray gun: The spray gun must be a high-quality product. The specification is 10-50l/h (adjustable). The spray particle size is between 2 microns and 5 microns, and the time from atomization to gasification does not exceed 1 second.


4.3 Technical requirements of combined cyclone dust collector:


4.3.1 Material requirements: The manufacturing material is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant stainless steel. Thickness not less than: 3MM.


4.3.2 Manufacturing requirements: In order to remove dust and sparks above 50 microns in flue gas, the dust collector should be designed with ash discharge space. To do heat preservation treatment, the external temperature is not higher than 5 degrees at room temperature, and it will not be penetrated by gas corrosion for 6 years.


4.4 Manufacturing requirements of activated carbon adsorption device:


The activated carbon adsorption device consists of an activated carbon powder storage tank, a flow regulating valve, a screw reamer, an airflow rotator, etc. The activated carbon is required to be powdered (the price is one tenth of that of granular) and directly discarded. The whole device is made of high-quality 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel plate, the thickness is not less than 3mm, and the removal rate of dioxin compounds and heavy metals is over 95%. Bidders must provide a detailed description of the origin and model of activated carbon when bidding.


4.5 Technical requirements for oil adsorption device:


Grease adsorption device mainly consists of grease isolation powder storage tank, star cutter, deceleration motor, etc. The requirement is active adsorption and discarding type. In the process of use, the interception effect can not meet the requirements and the equipment is easy to block.


4.6 Technical requirements for bag filter:


4.6.1 Structure of bag dust collector: It must be composed of box body, bracket, inspection railing and ladder, inspection manhole, filter bag rack, filter bag, deflector, dust collection room, electromagnetic pulse device, dust cleaning program control, butterfly valve for opening and closing tail gas inlet, and outsourcing. Requirements for materials such as box and bracket: stainless steel with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.


4.6.2 Speed of tail gas passing through filter bag: 1.1m/s.


4.6.3 The material for making the gas storage filling of the bag filter requires that the whole gas storage filling is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the gas storage filling head is made of high-quality 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel, and the thickness is not less than 3mm, so as to achieve good compression resistance;


4.6.4 Removal effect of filter bag on various pollutants: the removal effect of particulate matter (dust) must reach 99%, the removal effect of various heavy metal pollutants should not be less than 80%, and the removal rate of highly toxic organic pollutants should not be less than 70%.


4.6.5 Dew-proof requirements for bag dust collector: Each bidder must have concrete and feasible technical measures and technological measures for dew-proof in the bidding documents.


4.7 Technical requirements of induced draft fan:


The induced draft fan should be high temperature resistant and low noise fan, and controlled by frequency converter. When the furnace is empty, the furnace pressure can be guaranteed to be between -350pa and -450pa.


4.8 Technical requirements of chimney:


The manufacturing material is stainless steel plate, and the thickness is not less than 4 mm. The height of the chimney is not less than 9 meters.


The chimney is made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel plate, with a diameter of not less than 400mm and a height of not less than 12m, and a detection hole is reserved at 4m of the chimney.


4.9 Requirements for connecting pipes:


Connect the pipes to ensure no air leakage. All pipeline materials are corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant stainless steel. The thickness is not less than 3MM. Do heat preservation treatment.


The pipeline shunt is connected by tee welding, and the material model of the tee used is S31603 high-quality stainless steel.


Elbow welding is used for pipeline steering, and 90 elbow welding is used for right-angle steering. The 90 elbow is made of S30408 high-quality stainless steel.


The pipeline is connected by flange, which is convenient for disassembly. The material specifications of the flange are 06Cr19Ni10DN1 and PN10.


Pipeline connection shall be air-tight, and sealing rings shall be installed for flange connection, and then bolts and nuts shall be used to tighten the connection. The material of bolts and nuts is S30408 stainless steel.


Elbow welding is used for pipeline steering, and 90 elbow welding is used for right-angle steering. The elbow and 90 elbow are made of high-quality stainless steel.


The pipeline shunt is connected by tee welding, and the material model of the tee used is S31603(022Cr17Ni12M02) high-quality stainless steel.


The equipment base is fixed on the ground by expansion screws, and then fixed by concrete pouring. The expansion screws are made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel.


4.10 Technical requirements for electrical control of tail gas treatment system:


4.10.1 The tail gas treatment system shall have two sets of controls, manual control and automatic control.


4.10.2 High-quality PLC, its modules and touch screen must be adopted.


4.10.3 The control system shall be compatible with the original control system, and the tail gas system shall be fully controlled on the cremator after installation.


4.10.4 A set of processing system uses a set of control system.


4.10.5 The control system must have undervoltage and overcurrent protection, operation indicator lamp, safety mode indicator lamp, fault indicator lamp, synchronous readable data display, various detection elements and real-time feedback, alarm and warning functions, etc.


4.10.6 In the bidding documents, the bidder shall describe the control of the tail gas treatment system in detail, with specific process and technical instructions.


5. The effect that can be achieved after the equipment is installed.


5.1 The substance content of the treated tail gas can meet the current national emission standard for tail gas of oil-fired cremators (GB13801-2015 emission limit for air pollutants of oil-fired cremators).


5.2 No black smoke can be emitted, and the smoke blackness value is not greater than Grade 1 in Lingemann. When the air pressure is low or the air water content is high, no smoke can be formed around the museum. There must be no floating objects in the tail gas.


5.3 There should be no peculiar smell of cremated remains in the air around the cremation room.


5.4 Dioxin emission content meets the national standards.


5.5 The noise of tail gas treatment equipment 10 meters away reaches below 55 decibels. No secondary pollution such as sewage, dust and noise can be produced.
